2019 seems like a LIFETIME ago, and in a lot of ways, it was. So much has changed since then. But one thing that hasn't changed is my love for mac and cheese and bringing the BEST recipes to you! In 2019, I did a "Mac of the Month" each month, featuring totally unique mac and cheese recipes.
Now here we are in 2021, and I realized I've never done a round up of all of these recipes together. Can you post a garlic mac and cheese recipe with crumb topping? Maybe one with a small roux and garlic bulbs first sliced and baked in the oven? I haven't found a really good recipe anywhere. They are all too creamy with not enough garlic!
