Smooth and Creamy Honey Butter

There are all sorts of Halloween festivities going on this weekend, but the only thing spooky about this honey butter recipe is how good it is!

Topping toast with butter and then honey is delicious enough. When you whip them together with some confectioner’s sugar, it makes it extra creamy, fluffy, and exceptionally tasty.

You can add honey butter to all sorts things, but some of my favorite ways to eat it is on toast or muffins. Or, I also love spreading some on a tortilla, adding cinnamon, and then rolling it up!

How to Make Honey Butter

Smooth and Creamy Honey Butter

Homemade honey butter can be ready in about two minutes and you only need a few basic ingredients to pull it together!

prep time: 2 mins cook time: total time: 2 mins

ingredients:

One stick unsalted, room-temperature butter
½ cup honey
2 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
Pinch of salt
 

instructions

Add all ingredients to a large bowl
Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, beat all ingredients for one to two minutes or until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to one week.

NOTES:

Optional additions: Cinnamon, vanilla extract, vanilla bean paste
