Air Fryer French Toast Sticks with Cinnamon Raisin Bread and Cream Cheese
The only other time I've done French toast in the air fryer was with my air fryer French toast with frozen waffles. They are a weekend staple at my house.
But when I had a loaf of cinnamon raisin bread and a container of cream cheese to use up, I knew it was time to mix in a new recipe to my air fryer breakfast arsenal!

Here's what you need:
- Cinnamon raisin bread (you'll want it to be a few days old or let it sit out for an hour or two to dry out a bit)
- Cream cheese, softened to room temp.
- Heavy cream or whipping cream (milk will work but the result won't be as rich and tasty)
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, maple syrup, fruit or your other favorite French toast toppings
A note on air fryer French toast sticks
If you've cooked with your air fryer before, you know how all machines vary a little. And that means cooking times will too! So keep in mind, you might have to experiment with what's best for your air fryer with this recipe the same way I did.
As a good rule of thumb, it's always better to initially underestimate how long it will take because you can always cook more but you can't cook less!
