Oh, hey there! If you ask me, few things are better than goat cheese, but when you heat it up and combine it with a bunch of other savory flavors...it's even better!!! This baked goat cheese dip is super easy to make, and it's sure to impress every taste bud it meets.

You can serve it with a whole bunch of different things on the side and make it as spicy or as mild as you'd like. Gotta love the versatility!

You can be pretty loosie-goosie with most of these ingredients & still end up with a delicious dip. So, if you want a little more cream cheese & less goat cheese, go for it. Or if you want it spicier, go ahead & add more red pepper flakes. Etc etc etc.

Baked Goat Cheese Dip

If you’re searching for the perfect party appetizer, I’ve got you covered! I recently brought this baked goat cheese dip to a dinner party, & my friends loved it.

prep time: 10 minscook time: 15 minstotal time: 25 mins

ingredients:

12 oz. goat cheese
4 oz. room-temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
2 tbsp. olive oil
4-6 cloves minced garlic
1-2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary (plus more for the garnish)
1/2 tsp. salt

instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F

Combine all ingredients (either by hand or with a food processor) until everything is well-incorporated, and transfer to an oven-safe dish.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. The top will start to brown & get nice and bubbly. I baked mine for 18 minutes.

Serve with bread, crackers, chips, or just eat it with your fingers! 😏
