I'm all about fast, easy, (and of course, delicious) lunches during the week. I also try really hard to focus on protein, and cottage cheese is one of my favourite ways to knock all of these off! Lately, my go-to cottage cheese snack or light lunch has been the Everything Bagel cottage cheese recipe I'm going to share with you today.
I usually serve it on crackers, but it's also delicious on toast, rice cakes, or even just eating with a spoon! The best part is? It takes about 30 seconds to make and you only need a few ingredients to get the job done.
It ain't pretty, but it sure tastes good!
