I love hearing all about the foods people eat on every holiday and how they vary from family to family and throughout different cultures. I also think it's cool to hear if people stick to the same classic dishes for each holiday or like to mix things up. If you're in the party that likes to mix things up, I've got some vegetarian Easter recipes inspiration for you right here! These are some of my favorite dishes for this time of year and this holiday, and I hope you love them as much as I do.
(Oh—and if you're looking for Easter brunch recipes specifically, you'll find those right here.)

ULTRA CREAMY & CHEESY POTATO GRATIN
And if you do go with scalloped or au gratin potatoes, let this be the recipe you use! It's basically like ultra rich and creamy mac and cheese sauce except it's on potatoes instead of noodles. What's not to love?

If you're only cooking for a few people for Easter brunch, these air fryer French toast sticks with cinnamon raisin bread and cream cheese are the way to go! LEMON FRUIT DIP WITH SOUR CREAM
This is a family favorite my mom has been making since I was a kid!
Lemon fruit dip with sour cream is a perrrfect option to serve at Easter brunches or lunches because it's light, refreshing, and the perfect accompaniment to fresh fruits. The tangy lemon flavor pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the fruit, and the creamy texture of the dip provides a satisfying contrast. Plus, it's easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time, making it a stress-free addition to your Easter spread.
