Asiago Balsamic Aioli Sauce

This aioli sauce recipe is made with 5 ingredients, including balsamic vinegar & asiago cheese. With SO much flavor, it's the perfect dip for fries & more!

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup asiago cheese grated
  • ½ teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar feel free to experiment with the balsamic and start with even 1 tsp. and increase until you get your desired flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or more to taste, but start with this much


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
    Serve and enjoy!


You can play around with the amount of black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and even minced garlic you use. But start with what I suggest and then add more if you'd like. It's always easier to add than to take away! 
This recipe makes just over half a cup of aioli sauce. Feel free to double, triple, etc. to get as much as you need. It goes fast!
